Omg my new favorite gym I came here as a guest with my mom she was keep talking about it like it was the best gym ever , I’m like it can’t be better than my gym , I stand corrected I love the staffs I ain’t felt judged and all the cute white boys here 10/10 i definitely recommend!! And th
The gym itself is decent, but the professionalism from some trainers needs improvement. Twice now, I’ve had equipment taken while I was still using it, just because I was resting briefly between sets. A simple check-in would go a long way.

Visited Onelife Fitness! I saw Jonathan Walker at the facility 😁.
Not the up and coming DE at South Carolina 😅. But a great guy, I'm joining and after talking with their JW you should ask well!

The customer service was terrible! My son came as a guest with his friend that is currently a member. The man at the front desk required my son to leave a google review before even experiencing the gym. When I asked, why is he reviewing something he hasn’t experienced yet? He responded with an attitude claiming, “I don’t make the rules, you can just pay $15!” I didn’t want to embarrass my son nor his friend, so refrained from engaging in his combative behavior. I complained to the general manager and he did in fact state that reviews are given at the end of the work out. I’m currently a member at Planet Fitness and was considering switching to One Life Fitness but after today’s disrespect, I’ll stay where I am. Side note, it seems as though they make “the rules” as they go along, beware.

OneLife Fitness is a solid gym overall, especially if you’re looking for a place with a lot of equipment and amenities. The facilities are generally clean, and there’s a wide range of machines, free weights, and workout spaces that make it easy to find something that fits your routine. The group fitness classes are also a big plus, with good variety and instructors who seem knowledgeable and motivating.
One thing I appreciate is that the gym usually has enough equipment that you don’t feel completely stuck waiting for machines, even during busier hours. The atmosphere is also pretty welcoming compared to some gyms that can feel intimidating.
That said, it can get very crowded at peak times, and some locations could do a better job keeping machines consistently wiped down or maintained. Membership pricing and cancellation policies can also feel a little confusing, so it’s worth reading the details before signing up.
Overall, OneLife Fitness is a good option if you want a full-service gym with lots of equipment, classes, and space to work out. It has a lot to offer, but like most gyms, the experience can depend on the location and time you go.
