  My 98 year old mother, Sara Loyd, bought a hearing aid from Miracle Ear several years ago.....It recently became evident that she could not hear while wearing it. So, I made an appointment at the Columbia SC office on Forum Drive. Patrick was amazing! He quickly saw where the problem was and my mama left with a newer hearing aid and a huge smile, as she could hear! :-) He is having the battery replaced in her old hearing aid and will call us when it is returned! His receptionist was very friendly and kind! She held the door open for us as we entered and offered us something to drink! GREAT GREAT experience! Thank you!!! Sandra Weston (daughter)

  My entire experience at this location was professional, friendly no pressure environment. The facilities and testing equipment are top notch. Bryan the Audiologist, was super, very informed, caring about your hearing. Performed a extensive hearing exam, explained results and answered any concerns. Then he was able to apply my results to a test unit that was best for my severe hearing loss. I was amazed at how clear my hearing improved from my previous hearing aids. This was Thursday afternoon around 4:30pm. After discussion on cost, which they were generous with discount and worked with you on final cost. I decided yes and Scheduled an appt for Friday, next day, at 1030am to program and receive new Hearing Aids. Bryan was very thorough and conscientious through out the process. On Following Monday He called to make sure that everything was going well and didn't have any problems over the weekend. Also his assistant, office Mgr., Dee was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and and helpful from beginning to completion. I feel very confident that they will provide me excellent service and support in the future. Checkups, cleaning aids, adjustments plus, are a part of the Package. I am truly thrilled with the purchase. My hearing has improved 100% where I was at and I know I have the support needed to maintain my hearing into the future!! Thank you so much Bryan and Dee!! I would Definitely recommend this location!!

  I was truly glad I selected Miracle Ear in SandHills ColumbiaSC. Each time I visited I was greeted by Dalena with her beautiful and friendly presence. She is very attentive and professional. I enjoyed waiting for those few minutes in such a warm and peaceful environment. Bryan Graves performed the required tests and was extremely calm, professional, knowledgeable and patient. I always enjoy my visit at Miracle Ear because it feels like I entered a place where I can relax and breathe.
