  Dr. Green at Kids First Dental is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff made my child feel comfortable and at ease. The office has such a warm, welcoming, and kid-friendly environment, which made a huge difference. Dr. Green is incredibly patient, gentle, and kind. They took the time to explain everything in a way my child could understand, which helped ease any nerves. You can truly tell they care about their patients and go above and beyond to make each visit a positive experience. The staff was just as wonderful—friendly, professional, and very organized. The appointment ran smoothly, and we never felt rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Green at Kids First Dental to any parent looking for a caring and trustworthy dentist for their children. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

  Our experience at Kids First Dental with Dr. Mound was very disappointing. Our son was scheduled for a procedure, but throughout the visit the doctor repeatedly referred to him as “she.” My husband politely corrected her multiple times, asking that she refer to our child correctly. Instead of apologizing, Dr. Mound responded that she calls everyone that and, as the doctor, she could call him whatever she wanted. This felt dismissive and disrespectful. We ultimately did not feel comfortable continuing care there and chose to leave. Respect and clear communication are important when it comes to children’s healthcare, and unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

  Our visit was very disappointing at Kids First Dental!! We scheduled a same-day appointment at the new location on 655 Saint Andrews Rd Ste 8 Columbia, SC 29210 but upon arrival, the doctor tried to cancel or turn us away because she was running behind. (Coordinate with your staff if you don't want to work after a certain hour)! Of course delays happen, patients SHOULD NOT be made to feel like an inconvenience for showing up to a CONFIRMED appt. When speaking with doctor Mouna Bosler, she was very rude and dismissive , which made the experience uncomfortable. Our service was very rushed. Also learning this isn't her first rodeo with getting out of character with her patients. Professionalism and respectful communication are especially important in a pediatric setting. Therefore, we WILL NOT be returning!
