  I used to be a Driver for a private medical transport service who dropped off patients at this clinic. We would drop off patients at the scheduled chair time and yet our patients would get off late every single time. Not 5-10 minutes late, but 1-2 hours late! Not only are they slack and release patients late every day. But the techs here have the worst attitudes you could ever come across. Sarcastic, rude, blatantly disrespectful, the list goes on when all you might try to do is inquire how much longer you would need to wait until a patient is released. Please please please...if you or a loved one need to receive dialysis then do not, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS CENTER!!! YOUR COMPANIES EMPLOYEES AND YOUR PATIENTS WILL BE TREATED WITH BLATANT DISRESPECT BY THESE CARELESS EMPLOYEES AT Fresenius Kidney Care North Star.

  Great!!!!! I'm a dialysis patient there and it's a great center, very nice&clean,staff is great and really care for you making sure everything is OK...
