- SSSarahJul 21, 20252.0The nurse practitioner I saw was fantastic. However, I was almost unable to ever get a person on the phone after my initial appointment. I have to wait 15 MIMUTES into a phone call to leave a message for someone to call me back. The fact that no one answers the phone and you have to wait that long to leave a message is ridiculous. Also, there are two phone numbers listed. One no longer works at all.

I was within the Family Medicine group since 2008ish and the doctors were good to me. + Now Dr. Serbin, NP White and Dr. Hundley all with Springwood Lake I have all seen have given me great service. + I am extremely satisfied with the Doctors and the entire building of phlebotomists, Nurses or (Nurse practitioners. + You treat them right and it is all surf and turf. Blessings + If you disagree, remember that’s my opionated survey. 😀 June 12, 2024 Apparently, the response to my last survey remains the same. I love the spirit of the CNA’s or Assistants. When they greet me from the door entrance into the Doctors and Nurse’s cocoon, this kid where I get to experience their behaviors and bedside manners. I thank God that their “bedside manners” are solid, warm and pleasant despite how I may feel. June 12, 2024 Just a nice cozy like atmosphere filled with smiles 😘.
