- SSSarahJul 21, 20252.0The nurse practitioner I saw was fantastic. However, I was almost unable to ever get a person on the phone after my initial appointment. I have to wait 15 MIMUTES into a phone call to leave a message for someone to call me back. The fact that no one answers the phone and you have to wait that long to leave a message is ridiculous. Also, there are two phone numbers listed. One no longer works at all.

Dr Serbin is not what he claims to be he’s a liar one and dismisses people in a nasty way do not recommend going to this facility . Left my wife with abnormal lupus didn’t even prescribe her medications and sent the most unprofessional letter ever . Answers calls then says we’ve never called this place does way too much . And not to mention my wife had an appointment at 3pm and they didn’t see her till about 4:45 pm
