I Walked in and the lady at the desk picked up the phone looking annoyed as I approached. Says she does have people from my work but has “no clue about how to help” me and just shrugs. I guess I will go check with the gym closer to my house or look for another gym down the street.

When a member expressed an issue with a particular staff member targeting them, they banned the member. I had heard out of the staff members mouth how much she could not stand that member and how she wanted to get him banned. It's unfortunate that someone can support a gym for 10 plus years and get treated so poorly due to a staff members bias opinion. A veteran at that. I am disappointed
