  I had an amazing experience touring Onelife Fitness thanks to AJ. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions in detail and really made sure I understood everything without feeling rushed. His energy was welcoming and genuine, which made the experience even better. If you’re considering joining, I highly recommend asking for AJ—he truly goes above and beyond!

  I had a great experience at OneLife Fitness! The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a motivating atmosphere. Shoutout to Martin at the front desk for being friendly and welcoming, and to Chris for being professional and attentive. The staff truly makes the difference. Highly recommend!

  I’ve had a great experience at this gym. The facility is always clean, the equipment is well maintained, and there’s plenty of variety whether you’re focused on strength training, cardio, or overall fitness. The atmosphere is motivating and the staff are friendly and helpful whenever you need something. It’s a great place for beginners and experienced lifters alike. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a gym that takes fitness seriously and provides a solid environment to train in.

  AJ provided outstanding customer service during my visit to Onelife Fitness. He was patient, thorough, and took the time to give me a comprehensive tour of the facility while answering all of my questions with professionalism and courtesy. AJ ensured that my overall experience was welcoming and informative, which ultimately led to my decision to become a member. His level of service truly made the difference. He represented both himself and Onelife Fitness in an exemplary manner. Please extend my sincere thanks to AJ for a job well done. Also, I would like to recognize Martin who took my initial phone call. He did an outstanding job as well and displayed exemplary communication skill and technique. Thi Let’s go ahead.   I’ve always spoken very highly of this Onelife location and have recommended it to many people because of my positive experiences here—especially the MixxFit class with the amazing instructor Shaniqua. However, my experience today (March 11, 2026 around 7:10 PM) was very disappointing. I brought a first-time guest who was eligible for the free guest pass and was seriously considering joining after she finishes college this semester. Instead of welcoming her, the manager, Kenyatta, confronted me in front of several people in a very unpleasant manner. She told me I shouldn’t bring guests who aren’t ready to sign up for a membership immediately and implied that the guest pass should only be used by people prepared to join that same day. This interaction happened publicly in front of others entering the gym and staff members, which was embarrassing and unprofessional. My guest left feeling uncomfortable and is now reconsidering joining the gym at all. It’s unfortunate because I’ve always promoted this gym and have brought several first-time visitors here in good faith. Experiences like this discourage loyal members from recommending the facility. I would have ended my membership right when Kenyatta addressed me but I enjoy the track and the mixxxfit class too much.
