I’ve called 3 times in the last week. Waited on hold for 20 mins each call transferred to the wrong place for more hold time, and told they would call back each time they have not! I’ve finally got a pick up date for the wrong vest I’ve had since April, but no one will tell me why the new vest was never ordered and why I was ghosted since April.
