So, I made an appointment at the Columbia SC office on Forum Drive. Patrick was amazing! He quickly saw where the problem was and my mama left with a newer hearing aid and a huge smile, as she could hear! :-) He is having the battery replaced in her old hearing aid and will call us when it is returned! His receptionist was very friendly and kind! She held the door open for us as we entered and offered us something to drink! GREAT GREAT experience! Thank you!!! Sandra Weston (daughter)

Bryan answers all your questions and makes sure you are comfortable with your hearing aids before you leave. Dalena is so good at what she does and makes you feel comfortable and welcome.

She has been tweaking the settings so that I am comfortable and have the best clarity (for people with a hearing impairment....this is key to understanding what is being said). All I can say is that I am hearing and understanding better than ever before! For those who say it is too expensive, you get what you pay for.
