I was very impressed by everyone I encountered at Lenscrafters, from the salesperson to the nurse tech to the doctor. The technology was fabulous. Everyone made me feel completely at ease. Especially during my exam, the tech and doctor made me feel calm during my exam. I felt it was as thorough an exam as I would have gotten from an ophthalmologist or an in-person optometrist. I left feeling confident that I'd been appropriately checked for eye issues and that my prescription would be accurate. The store had plenty of inventory. I left with both contacts (which are great) and a glasses order, which I'm excited about receiving.

This place has the best customer service. I enjoyed visiting them and purchasing my Meta AI glasses there. Trey is an asset to this store. He’s very patient and very professional at all times.

My daughter and I been to several places looking for glasses. I liked this store bc they greeted me and everyone who entered the store,.They didn’t overwhelm me by asking a lot of questions and following me. I liked how they they gave me time to look before telling me about the trays to get to put the glasses I liked on them. Once we did that we were told someone would be with us bc everyone had customers. A worker took us upfront since all the tables were taken until one became available. She helped us pick out glasses broke down the prices step by step. We ordered our glasses and felt very satisfied. This store has a good selection and I love the lighting of the store. This is the best eyeglass store by far

I was very happy with their help, even though I came in at the last minute. It was my first time here, and I’ll definitely be back.

I want to send a special thank you to Tre for the amazing customer service. From the moment I walked into the store he greeted me and my daughter with a warm welcome. Tre took his time with us and guided us on picking the best glasses and sunglasses. The other staff at 702 Crosshills road in Columbia sc has an amazing customer service and I love my experience and they are my new favorite eyeglasses family…

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
