Worst shopping experience: the self claimed site assistant manager (name skipped, but can be provided) literally threw iPad on the table and falsely accuse customer when she cannot clearly explain the technology behind digital lens. What a experience!

I absolutely loved the energy of this LensCrafters location. The entire team was extremely helpful, patient, and genuinely kind from start to finish. They exuded exceptional customer service… attentive without being rushed, knowledgeable without being overwhelming. On top of that, everyone was dressed impeccably and carried themselves with style and professionalism, which made the experience feel even more polished and welcoming. You can truly tell they take pride in both their work and how they show up for their customers. A great experience all around… I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to others.

We absolutely love this store! My husband and I visited today and had the pleasure of working with Ms. Bernadette, and she is truly a breath of fresh air. She’s the complete package—knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and thoroughly professional. My husband came in to use his vision benefits before the end of the year, and as always, Ms. Bernadette was on point. She knows exactly what needs to be done and executes it flawlessly. If you’re looking for exceptional service and someone who genuinely cares about her customers, do yourself a favor and ask for Ms. Bernadette. She delivers world-class customer service every time.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
