The receptionist check me in promptly, then the technician called me up to start the process. Shortly afterward, the doctor seen me. She explained what she identified during my examination. Then she asked me did I have any questions and she answered them with not a lot of technical jargon, and I was able to understand, and it was over. From there, I went and talked to Tom. He explained my options for my new prescription. I was very satisfied with the service, the price, the professionalism and the well knowledge staff at the Columbia LensCrafters.
