Poor management
Doesnt answer phone calls
Screening has lack of employees who are crossd trained so the screening takes hours depending on whose already screened, who still has to screen, who has to be re-screened whose waiting for the donor floor, whose already on thr floor, whose done and waiting to be be pulled, and who still needs to be pricked... They need better management for all the workers that are there

I told them they were TOO AGGRESSIVE.. I never felt so disrespected in my life.. Donating plasma.. This is the only center where I have been mis Handled multiple times by multiple staff members..( three most recent)
Most recently
from.. Snatching my cuff off my arm harshly, grabbing my arm, grabbing my personal stuff. Fighting me for my phone the last time and just screaming in my face and when I became uncomfortably challenged.. Over my own property..I screamed back. Defending myself in property..I cursed To let go of my phone and belongings.. (I was dreferred because Of it )
One tech I have known for a long time .wanted to stick me while playing Twister, almost with the next tech.. person in the same space together, I told her no, basically I had to leave because she refused to wait for the lady to come out of the same space ..For me to feel safe.. She just stated she had to do her job.
Well ,your job isn't unsafely sticking me , is my thoughts.
She didn't see the sense of me needing them to not be back-to-back where they could bump into each other. And I could be stuck improperly, and or harmed
this person already accidentally punched me in the eye a yr earlier

In this particular situation.. With the needle. She stated that nothing would happen. I didn't trust it, because Of that prior situation.. plus if you could see how close they were and it could, she could barely even reach me to put the cupboard?And I don't know why she was trying to lean over while the girl was in the same space.Tight space together to do anything.It just was ridiculous.I had to decide to leave..
Anyways, multiple incidents have occurred. back-to-back.Since( I'd come back from a time of being differed 50 days because of my iron levels being too low.. No problem there I accepted
In this situation management.. acted.. like they were understanding at first and told me that nothing would happen again.. One asist.manager was actually on the floor on last incident...but her back was turned the Tech was posibly upset that she had to stay late because of my slow cycle.. Upon takedown, she was snatching the cuff off of me harshly snatched the needle out, I bled..hard.. See tried take my phone out of my hand without saying anything.. Aggressively! She then started screaming at me to hurry up.. I felt very threatened and embarrassed.. I was fed up..she wouldn't
stop handling me,while screaming in my face and I wanted it to stop and it didn't, I felt very unsupported and as a result, I did try to call and make a report to both corporate and to the actual place, no answer..I could not get a call through. I went to location the next day and they told me that I could never come back because of my behavior not theres..! On top of that, the manager said that she didn't see anything happen! (doesn't mean it didn't happen).. She wasn't. Even facing, so basically I was called a liar.. I'mnot sure if cameras was in that area. I didn't see any right above me, but clearly there's an issue there.. Im happy that I don't.. Have to be subjected.. To mr treatment at other facilities. I was basically called a liar!
No apology just said..We decided to defer you.. I was disrespected and unheard and undermined discard it and dismiss! FloorStaff tends to have issues with each other.. From catty comments made some days. I think I've been going for the past three years ... There's high turnover there.. Sometimes they're friendly and sometimes not.. My past three visits was horrific.. I understand management protecting their team...But you are protecting bad players at this point.. Funny .. She just dismissed it as she didn't see nothing.so basically it didn't happen the manager on duty, no one viewed the cameras.. she supported me on a prior situation.. Where I didn't want to get stuck
Im properly ..I'm still shaken by this..That makes me not want to donate anymore .. Anywhere
