  Kedplasma/US REPORT-AN-ISSUE is useless. I reported an issue 1st week of November. Got a case number. 3 weeks later no answer . Reported the SAME ISSUE w case number. Got a new case number. STILL NO ANSWER by Dec 24th. No one working that department. It's a black hole at corporate where donor concerns are pigeon holed to die. They got your plasma. Don't give a crap. Beautiful donor centers and logo. VOID OF ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE at corporate level.

  On December 10, 2025, I had a very poor experience during my plasma donation. I told Mya that my arm was hurting at the needle site. She attempted to fix it but couldn’t. Beth was standing right there, clearly aware I was in pain, and did absolutely nothing. I sat there uncomfortable and irritated while she walked off to attend to someone else instead of ensuring a patient under her care was okay. When I again told Beth my arm was still hurting, she responded with an attitude and said, “Mya, come see what’s wrong with him,” instead of addressing it herself. Mya tried again, but by that point I was done and asked to be unhooked. I later spoke with the office manager, who tried to make things right, but that does not excuse Beth ignoring a patient in pain and prioritizing appearances over care. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior in a medical setting.

  Kedplasma is a great place to give plasma. There are other plasma centers in the Columbia area, but the staff at Kedplasma are more like family to me. This is how great the staff are and some I have known since Immunotech. Outstanding Service!
