- BTBuck TvNov 19, 20251.0I pulled up on Wednesday, November 19th at 5:22 PM — fighting traffic for almost 30 minutes — just to find the doors locked. What makes it worse is I checked the business hours beforehand and it clearly says they close at 8 PM. If you’re going to post hours, stick to them. Wasting people’s time, gas, and energy is unacceptable. This kind of inconsistency is exactly why customers stop supporting certain locations. I’m honestly considering doing a full news-style report on this because it’s ridiculous. Do better.

Every time I’ve walked into this location the Hispanic man behind the counter is very arrogant & seems like I’ve inconvenienced him by getting him off his phone. Try sticking with the companies return policy, not just what you want to make up or decide what you want to exchange/return. This location is on my way home but I will be going out of the way to go to a different location.
