- PKPeggy KirklandOct 7, 20251.0Do not let these people care for your loved ones. They admitted that patients are left unmonitored for over 15min. As we were at the facility one machine went off and continued to alarm for well over 20min. When asked for a contact number for medical records, Sharon Portee, stated that she would provide the information, then proceeded to call the police stating that we were being irate and had been asked to leave the property. As we waited patiently in the waiting room. Not only unprofessional, but has no integrity if she would lie about that what else would she lie about. This place needs to be investigated.
- RCRaquel CookeDec 10, 20241.0For the amount of money insurance pays the facility for each patient every single time they sit down for treatment they should at least get decent chairs to sit in. The chairs are literally all falling apart and have zero support when you sit on them, you might as well be sitting on the springs themselves. The tiny tv's are all so old and the screens are so dark nobody can watch them. Mentioning it to the employees at the facility doesn't do anything. I do NOT recommend this facility for your or your loved one.
