I sign in and by the time I choose two pair of glasses she was calling me to her desk to help me. She went over my insurance ans what they pay and what I would need to pay. Once we was did with all that she had be to put on the glasses so she can mark them,and to see how the fix my face. She was very friendly and she know her work very well.

- RARoger AlanOct 29, 20255.0First rate experience at our Eyemart Express on Two Notch Road, Columbia,SC. After signing in I was greeted by Amy. I picked out new frames and sat down with Amy. She quickly got my insurance information and checked the coverage availability. Then went over the options I could consider, type of lenses etc. She doubled checked the fit and processed my new prescription. My new glasses were ready in less than 30 minutes. I however didn’t wait but returned later in the day. I met with Amy once more and she rechecked the fit and instructed me on how to care for my new glasses and the warranty. She also replaced the nose pads on my old glasses so I have a backup pair at no charge. That’s why I’m a repeat customer at Eyemart Express.
