They took the appropriate amount of time checking my eyes, and asking me a variety of questions. I also had no issues in the eyeglasses center. They told me the maximum time wait for my glasses would be 3 hours, so I told them I would come back the next day, however they were ready in 20 minutes! I just happened to be up the road shopping so I turned around and came back and got them. They fit perfect, I see great, and I have zero complaints about this company! A+
