- SKStacey KhalifaOct 29, 20251.0The ladies here have always been nice, but I went in today to have my daughter‘s frame stretch to be able to give her some room between her temple and her ear, just like the lady had done mine about a month ago. Jay is the person who served me, and he was rude, first, claiming that they don’t do that, and then when I showed him my own glasses and how I’m able to wear them now, he said he would try it, which he gave half effort, but he was trying to tell me, I needed a whole new pair of lens. We just got her glasses two weeks ago, and that would have created an enormous hardship. I was output by his attitude, and I even made the comment that he was through with me and googled, to the lady beside me who he started helping when I ran to the car, which was right in front of the building to grab my glasses. He didn’t say anything at all. After he gave a half effort to her glasses, handing them back to me less than a minute later, he was very dry, and didn’t even look me in the eye. I could tell that he either wanted to sell me a new frame, or he didn’t like that I didn’t just accept that “they don’t do that. “ what if I hadn’t just got mine done and I didn’t know that they could do that? What if this cost me an entire new frame? It is people with an attitude like Jay that make life difficult for others, by trying to feed their ego or someone’s pocket. It was not necessary or appreciated. It was disheartening, because the other people here are very different.

Eyemart didn't accept it either, but Anne told me about a first-time-customer coupon, which made my trifocals $50 less expensive than my eye doctor's optician. The Eyemart staff was very courteous, professional and helpful, and I'm very pleased with my new glasses (and with my savings!).
