The staff is friendly and actually takes the time to help you when you need it, which makes a huge difference. The equipment is well maintained, there’s plenty of variety, and I never felt crowded or rushed during my workouts.

The tanning area is always clean and everything is well taken care of, which I really appreciate. The staff makes the experience even better!! Alisabeth, Dallas, and Luke are always super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Over time they’ve gotten to know us, and it’s been great having a gym where the people make it feel comfortable and familiar. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Clemson!!
