- JDJenna DeeseFeb 5, 20151.0My daughter had an ear infection. Mante Pediatrics was listed as her primary care physician by Medicaid. Upon entering, the staff was extremely RUDE, in saying that if I wasn't her guardian (whatever made them think that, I don't know) she couldn't be seen. I explained my situation, and they again "barked" at me that since she had never been seen there, they couldn't take her as a walk in. NO concern nor empathy, just reasons why there was nothing they could do for us. I can't even say anything about the physicians; we didn't make it that far. That being said, good luck finding any compassion from the wardens at the front. Don't take your child here. They couldn't have cared any less had they tried.
