  Born and raised in Charleston and I've been through my fair share of dentists in the past. I would always follow my friend Holly around from office to office because I trusted that wherever she was, they'd take care of me. She knew I'd had some traumatic experiences in the past and she would always assure me wherever she was, was where I should go. Holly started working at WAFD and I really didn't want to make the drive because I live about 25 minutes away, but I went anyways. I met Dr. Lynn and she has changed my entire outlook on dentistry. Dr. Lynn is always honest and doesn't use scare tactics. I've had issues with my jaw since starting orthodontic treatment a year ago and she has been there every step of the way to help with my troubles and frustrations. The way she treats her patients truly blows me away and I've NEVER felt like 'just another patient'. She makes me feel important and that's unlike any other experience I've had at a dentists office before. Dr. Lynn always keeps me in the loop and tells me exactly what she's going to do before she does it. My friend Holly has since moved on to pediatric dentistry and on the way to my last appointment, I wondered why I was still making the 25 minute drive since Holly is gone. Shortly after arriving, I remembered that Dr. Lynn and her staff are the reason why! I've never felt so comfortable in a dentists chair, but Dr. Lynn makes it easy. Thank you Dr. Lynn for everything you do! If you're in the market for a new dentist, Dr. Lynn is your gal. She's absolutely 100% worth the drive!

  Dr. Dickert and his staff take excellent care of our family's teeth! We have been so pleased with the work he has done, and he is so gentle I cannot recommend him highly enough. It is always a great experience.

  Best dentist in Charleston by far. Great staff. Dr Dickert is meticulous, thoughtful and a great communicator. I highly recommend West Ashley Family dentistry. One stop shop for everything you need and want in a dentist.

  Both my wife and I receive our dental care here and it is nothing short of outstanding. The front desk staff are always very friendly, and have been helpful and patient when we changed insurance carriers. They have a very helpful reminder service so we never lapse on our visits. I've had to call and re-schedule a couple times and it has never been a problem. I can honestly say that we feel like family here. We're greeted by name and the staff take great care of us; don't ever push unnecessary procedures but are very up front with our care. Highly recommend West Ashley Family Dentistry!
