    Not a good walk in place. If you are booking through an app etc.., you might want to call instead the lab tech leaves for the day at any given time. Being sent here after fasting for 12 hours was a nightmare. She wasn’t there and all Quests close from 1-2pm during the day so I either had to wait another hour or try again another day. Wasted my lunch break. I can’t comment on the service but I do think this location should mark themselves as appointment only. There’s only 3 locations in Charleston and they aren’t easy to get to if this tech just happens to be gone for the day when you come. The receptionist also said she doesn’t know why she’s marked as a walk-in available when she only takes appointments

    I didn't have an appointment and was a walk in. Check in was super easy and smooth. The staff was very friendly and was able to squeeze me in between other patients' appointments. The whole process took less than 30 min. The draw only took 2 min tops! Thank you!

    The service was horrible, music loud, and they billed my insurance to a complete different state!! No no I do not recommend it!!

    Update: after exhaustive effort I was able to get the situation resolved. Poor customer service. They made a mistake on the bill and I tried to call them but they refuse to pick up the phone. If they correct the mistake, I will amend my rating to reflect that
