  Wonderful experience. Receptionist was very kind and welcoming. Nurse was patient and explained any questions I had. Dr Gregory is the best gynecologist that I have ever seen. She explains everything I need to know along with answering my 60 yo questions that I have. She also explains the medication that I need to take and what she has prescribed. The facility is also very clean. Excellent service!! A+++

  I’ve been seeing Dr Evans for over 10 years and I’ll be finding a new provider. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. The one time I did get someone on the phone they scheduled the wrong appointment. I showed up and they thought it was for my annual and had canceled my actual appointment for my annual. Another time, they changed my appointment time without asking, so I had to cancel. It’s incredibly frustrating because Dr. Evans is great, but the inability to actually be seen by her or get a hold of anyone is infuriating.

  This is my and my wife’s fifth pregnancy. I’ve never experienced an OB/GYN that is so rude in ostracizing. They make the father and any other children feel extremely unwelcome to participate in some the most exciting parts about a pregnancy: ultrasound, hearing the first heart beat. The vibe in the office can be expressed simply as: “who are you and why are you here…“ You would think at a facility that performs all types of prenatal care that they would be excited about families and children participating in the experience.

  doctors are nice but staff is not attentive or helpful, no one ever answers their damn phone even if you call at all hours of the day. They really need to work on communication and access.
