Called several times and left messages. No response. Made a point to stop by because I knew my prescription would be expiring soon. When I went in, she told me my prescription was going to expire in one month so I would have to do it again. I said If I had to do another exam (Even though mine’s not expired) I would just start somewhere else. She gleefully said OK! Edit: I contacted the link below. All you’re doing is putting exactly what you put in this review. And then they forward it to the store. Who did not contact me to resolve and has no interest in resolving. I would also like to say that the LensCrafters Beavercreek Dr Sheri is amazing that whole office is amazing. This has nothing to do with them. They are always amazing and make sure that their patients are taken care of.
