- NHnancy hunter6 days ago5.0I contacted Home Instead for my sister-in-law who had broken her hip and lived alone. Out of three service providers, Home Instead was the only one who answered my call with a live person! And they continued to always be available to our every request and need. Thank you for providing such great service during a difficult time. I wanted to add a special thank you to Michelle and Andrea who were especially helpful and kind!
- AAAdelaide AndrewsMar 27, 20265.0I want to give a huge shout out to Patty and Jackie who are incredible caregivers and have made the process of having someone in my home take care of me while I recover from a fractured arm and surgery so much easier and comfortable than I ever thought would be possible. Their assistance to me has been invaluable and I really appreciate each and everything thing they do for me! I also want to thank Home Instead for being so consistently there for me as well. They are a great company!
- JEJed ElmalehMar 19, 20264.0The care I received from the caregivers from Home Instead were in general very good. I've had several different home health aides and some of the better ones were: Daniel, Devine, Diamond, Belinda & Angie. I had mixed results with some of the others. Also, there should be mandatory hygiene education before the aides are sent out. For example, coughing in one's hand or wiping ones nose then handling objects to give to the client is unsanitary. In the case of those with a lowered immune system, it could be dangerous. Despite some of the hiccups, I would recommend Home Instead.
