It's the height of the current pandemic (11/2020) and they had pharmacy staff not wearing masks. Call it a pet peeve, but I don't like to see those working with and around medicine, often for vulnerable elderly, not having basic recommended protection like that. When I asked the tech helping me why the pharmacist wasn't wearing a mask while having a prolonged, jovial conversation with a customer (who also wasn't wearing a mask), he explained that wasn't the pharmacist and clarified she was a pharmacy technician. Wow, that's your excuse huh? She's still behind the counter working around medicine at the very least. Anyway, I let the store manager know and to her credit she said she would go handle it right away. She may have but I didn't stick around; I just know this is the sign I needed to go ahead and switch to Amazon pharmacy from now on.
