    your West Ashley store never accepts calls. Always claims that the staff is assisting others and tells you to call again. I tried calling for several days with the same result each time

    This visit and shopping experience was very disappointing!!! I ordered online and subscribed for the product!!! I received a confirmation that order was received!! I waited but NEVER received the ready for pickup notification. I arrived at the store and found Samantha on her phone and order not ready!! I purchased it and canceled the online order!! Samantha and the store were VERY COLD!! I canceled the subscription. She needs customer service training and the store needs heat!! First and last visit!!

    Very poor experience with a lying employee. The female employee named Zhanyl (according to the receipt) was extremely pushy and rude. She asked if I wanted to subscribe with my phone number, and thinking my wife had an account I gave her my wife’s number. It turns out my wife didn’t have an account, so I told her I just wanted to buy my items and leave. Zhanyl then continued to ask for my phone number multiple more times to try and subscribe me. I said no probably 5 times, and then she rolled her eyes and acted frustrated that I did not want to subscribe. She stated it is “very important” that I sign up. I continued to say no, and then she asked for my wife’s phone number again, and LIED saying that she may have typed in the wrong number earlier. However, I clearly saw the screen where she was trying to sign up a new subscription! She out right lied to my face about it! I once again said no, and that I just wanted to buy my items and leave, and she again rolled her eyes rudely at me and acted childish and mopey about me not subscribing. Looks like Zhanyl needs some customer service training. I will not be returning to this location.

    Hate posting this as I’ve been going here for years, however, they hired a new guy here the past few months and you can’t shop here. Condescending about your purchases and gets visibly angry if you don’t buy the products he’s pushing. Today when I selected a drink he didn’t recommend he refused to let me buy and said it’s cheaper elsewhere. Terrible.
