- FKF. K.Jan 2, 20261.0I am very disappointed with the service at Target Optical. I had an eye exam followed by a consultation and ordered new lenses for my existing glasses. I was told it would take two weeks. 3.5 weeks later, I had to call and ask where my lenses were. After a lengthy phone call, it turned out that my order had been canceled and I needed to bring in my glasses frame. I had already wondered why they didn't want the frame, but I was told at the store that they didn't need it. It was disappointing that no one thought to inform me. When I was finally able to pick up my glasses two weeks later, my old lenses were not returned to me. I should have mentioned that I wanted to keep them. How am I, as a customer, supposed to know that? Why wasn't I informed beforehand? When I asked if I could get a phone number to call the lab and inquire about my old lenses, I was simply brushed off. If you don't want to call them for me, that's already disappointing service. But not even giving me the option to call them myself is truly frustrating. The glasses themselves fit well, but I cannot recommend the service there. Update: You told me to contact you for help, and then when I did, no one responded. That just shows again how little you value your customers. I'm even more disappointed and didn't think things could get any worse! Absolutely not recommended.

It was 30 minutes before she was to close but that did not seem to have any impact at all. Kim took the time to lookup up the item up and told me she could order them. She also checked my insurance, and helped me get the best lenses for my glasses. I would highly recommend this location. The location wasn't on my radar initially, but I am glad I stopped in! I will definitely return for future business!

Answered all our questions and made them process super easy and quick. They were able to process the insurance right there and just went above and beyond. Dr. Kirby for my exam was great! So thorough and kind. Love the Charleston target optical!
