I had tried physios, osteos, chiros... all of whom I felt had only worsened my condition and one had even said ill never be able to run further than 5k again... a month or two later a friend told me about Dean and his program and how it had worked for her. After checking his fantastic advice on YouTube etc I decided to get in touch and started following his program daily... it was only then that I started to see any improvement to my symptoms... it still took another year to be symptom free but I know that despite all the other things I was doing eg. Staying well hydrated etc. it possibly never would have happened without Dean's program. And at least the symptoms I did have were much less severe... Now when I have a flare up I return ti following the program daily and instead of the flare up lasting months as it would have before, I will be symptom free again in a matter of days.
