  Amazing customer service. We are out of state but our daughter goes to college in SC. She needed a prescription transferred from another location to Charleston and they were incredibly helpful, making sure the prescription was in the hands of UPS the same day. We even opted to pay a little more out of pocket to stay with this pharmacy because of the quality of care and kindness from their staff. THANK YOU!!

  Never had a pharmacy like this. They followed through with helping us get our insurance coverage AND helped us with a coupon so we could afford our daughter’s meds. They even reached out to the doctor for an updated dosage percentage that would be more accurate for my daughter’s age and that helped with insurance coverage! Top tier professionals here. Wish they were where we lived! 10/10 would recommend

  My dermatologist set me up with apotheco because I was having a hard time getting my prescription at another pharmacy.. let me tell you, i couldn't be happier! Delivered to my front door l, took the hassle and the stress right out of it. Thank you guys!

  Excellent customer service — quick and straightforward. The pharmacy reached out promptly upon receiving my physician’s prescription. I wasn’t able to answer the initial call since I had left my phone at home, but they followed up via text message. Once I saw the missed calls and text, I responded to confirm that I wanted my prescription filled. The medication was processed and delivered directly to my door, which was especially helpful since I don’t always have reliable transportation available. This is a great example of excellence in service — ensuring that patients, regardless of health or transportation limitations, can still receive their medications conveniently and without any additional financial burden. Please confirm if I may have all of my future prescriptions sent to your facility, as I would like to continue using your pharmacy due to the exceptional convenience and outstanding customer service.
