  My visit with doctor Lally is always great. He's always concerned about what's going on with you and takes the time to explain what you need to do.Great Doc.

  While Dr Kent seems to be a very knowledgeable physician, the wait time from when you arrive until you actually are seen by him is way too long. I arrived for a 2pm appointment and there were 8 people in the room. As I sat in the waiting room more came in and all said they had appts for 2pm? I was taken in to do some pre tests within 20 mins but then put back in the waiting room. I waited a very long time from that point and was finally seen around 3:30. This system seems inefficient and this is the norm for this office. It’s too bad because the staff and physician are all very nice but they seem to have a huge patient load and the wait time is horribly long.
