If you want good care I don’t recommend this practice since Novant took over I have had nothing but issues with them with scheduling , obtaining test results, waiting for calls back after having concerns this practice is a joke and not to mention that I’ve had to wait over an hour everytime I have gone In cause me to have delays in other areas of my personal life I understand we get backed up but to not communicate with you patients is diabolical
My experience lacked clear communication and follow-up during and after a high-risk pregnancy complication. I reported concerning symptoms that were reassured as normal, and later developed preeclampsia and HELLP, that could have been prevented. I believe patients deserve to feel heard and fully informed throughout their care, tried to schedule an appointment to follow up and they transfer me to a nurse line .. which they NEVER pick up. and NEVER get back to me. i wish i could’ve switched doctors ahead of time sadly the damage is done. please advocate for yourself if going to this office ..

It is next to impossible to schedule an appointment with this office. I was on hold for over 30 minutes before reaching anyone, only to be transferred to a nurse line where no one answers and you’re required to leave a message. Callbacks can take up to 24 hours, and when they do call, it’s often during work hours with no flexibility. If you miss the call, even by minutes, you’re forced to start the entire process over again.
The front desk refuses to schedule appointments directly, insisting that a nurse must triage you first—even when you have already been triaged and the treatment did not work. I explained that I now needed to be seen in person, but the staff member argued repeatedly that I had to be triaged again before an appointment could be scheduled.
This system makes it extremely difficult for patients who work or cannot wait by the phone all day. The lack of flexibility, poor communication, and dismissive interaction resulted in an overall terrible experience and very poor bedside manner from this clinic.
I have never in my life had such a horrible experience with a doctors office. Very unprofessional and nasty.
I want to start by saying that I genuinely value my providers at this hospital. They are caring, kind, responsive, and consistently professional. Unfortunately, those positive experiences are repeatedly undermined by my interactions with the scheduling staff.
On multiple occasions, I’ve encountered rudeness, poor communication, and a lack of basic follow-through from scheduling. Calls are not returned in a timely manner—if at all—and when someone does answer, I am often placed on hold for an excessive amount of time without resolution.
What is most frustrating is that when these issues are escalated to a nurse, they are resolved quickly and efficiently. This suggests the problem is not the system itself, but the way it is being handled at the scheduling level.
It’s disappointing that such an important function is staffed in a way that creates unnecessary stress for patients and detracts from the otherwise excellent care provided by the clinical team. I hope the hospital will consider addressing this gap, as the professionalism of the providers deserves to be matched by the staff supporting them.
