  I had an appointment scheduled with Doctor Jacey at 10:45 am. I pre checked in. I arrived at 10:47. There was a line and one receptionist. The person in front of me was taking longer, and I was eventually waved around the corner to the other receptionist. By the time I got to the counter it was 10:58, I was informed they may have moved on because I was late. I told them what time I arrived and the other receptionist confirmed. The one went to the back to check with the doctor and the doctor said they would not be able to see me. I have waited 6 months for this appointment and took time out of my schedule to be here for the appointment I had. The office in general is very cramped, with one receiving/exit door. The waiting line for the front desk is uncomfortably close to other patients sitting and waiting, and the receiving/exit/check out desk door opens right into you. There were 3 people in line at all times. It is a zoo with poor care and Novant should be ashamed of themselves.

  Would give a zero if possible. Dr.Perlwy is wonderful, front office staff is the absolute worse. I had a appointment scheduled for today, arrived early was told I did not have a appointment even though I made one with my wife present. (She uses the same doctor as I do) I explained the the front office person that the appointment has been scheduled and will run out of my blood pressure medicine if not seen for the appointment they scheduled for me l. She literally could care less even when I asked her to explain how they schedule a appointment and it gone. The funny thing is my wife uses the same doctor and they told her the new scheduling system is giving them issues losing appointments. You are stuck with them since all the good doctors and staff you can't get into see them since they don't accept new patients on the island.

  As always, everybody is so nice and giving. I never had any trouble. Great place.

  love the staff and my Dr. who is very attentive and supportive of my needs. Dr. Perly is wonderful and very thorough. I couldn’t ask for a better Doctor 👩‍⚕️

  Everyone was friendly so I give them two stars. I recently moved here and needed a primary so I found them. The doctor that saw me definitely was new and nervous to prescribe anything. I have been on certain medications for years and she said she wouldn’t refill them I’d have to see a specialist. By the time she got to about 4 different specialists I decided I’ll go to a doctor that knows what they’re doing and doesn’t just pass the buck to another doctor. To prescribe my medications she required I show the paper work from my original diagnosis which was over 15 years ago from a doctor that no longer practices. How would that be remotely possible? Also she wanted me to come in monthly which is way too difficult for someone working full time. So much for helping patients more like have them do the leg work and care more for yourself.
