- CTCatherine Allin TollstrupFeb 16, 20261.0Absolutely no accountability for selling me lenses that were mispositioned. They were supposed to be the same prescription as my usual lenses and I tried repeatedly to wear them but they remained blurry because of placement. I am appalled by their laissez faire attitude toward patients, or should I say customers. I was not encouraged to return or made aware of 90 day period or I would not have ordered from this location as I would not be returning for months and they were informed of that when ordering. It is inconceivable that they think I would place another order when they did not get this pair right.
