- DKD KFeb 8, 20221.0Worst Pharmacy in town. These so called professionals gave me the wrong prescription and charged me twice as much. When I realized their error, I asked for a refund, at which time they proceeded to blame me for the mix up and refused to give me a refund. The lady working there was very rude and cut off mid sentence. The head pharmacist was an absolute joke, I had to ultimately speak with the store manager in order to get a refund. I spend about $150-$200 a week in groceries at this store, I’ll continue to do so as I do like the store. But it will be any other pharmacy in town moving forward.

She had a prescription phoned in to Publix Pharmacy and after 48 hours they claimed the truck didn’t come in. At 6:30 PM, the pharmacist from Publix called over to Kroger to see if they had it. When we went over there to pick it up they claimed that they were closed. Look at the sign.
