Had a prescription called in at 2:30 yesterday, when I went to pick it up at 5 after my doctor made another prescription for me- not only did they not fill it up, they didn't even call my doctor's office to clarify instructions. Called back today after my doctor called and they treated me so discourtiously for asking them to call my doctor, like it's not their job. They were so rude that the MANAGER- (Phil) threatened not to call my doctor's office saying, "I might have other matters to attend to, if you don't stop." All i wanted was to get in and get out with what I was prescribed- it's been 36 hours and I still don't have it because they wouldn't do their basic duty as pharmacists. Worse than any Walmart employee Ive ever dealt with.
