- NDNomad DaysJan 10, 20261.0HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Zero accountability! Aides are no show, the office staff (and GM) are RUDE. I have been in this field for over 20 years and fought my parents on using Home Instead for my dad; it proved to be a huge mistake. Fason talks a good talk, as does the office staff - it's all BS. Half the time, my 80 year old mom was taking care of my dad. Avoid them.
