  Wow! One of the best experiences in the SunCity area with my parents. They live in Sun City- and it’s so great to have this nearby. Donna was lovely, thorough and couldn’t have been nicer with my Mom.

  Absolutely Amazing, that’s all I can say! This Hearing Specialist and Hearing Aid office is unlike any other Hearing office or Audiologist office that I have ever been treated or seen at. This office is immaculately clean and decorated with many lovely plants and decor that made me feel at home from the start. The moment I stepped through the door i felt like I was the most important person in the office. Donna is welcoming and very professional. Donna seemed extremely busy but very attentive to me, answering my questions, while getting all of my information and even offering to get me a beverage or snack. Then came my appointment with Beth, for the first time in a very long time as a patient I felt like the medical professional who was treating me cared about me as a person and not just a patient or number. After meeting Beth and discussing why I was there she gave me a comprehensive exam and a hearing test. I have had an hearing loss for quite some time and have had hearing aids in the past but never really wore them because I am self conscious and thought I knew best. After my exam and test Beth sat with me and explained to me that I had a hearing loss but unlike all of my other exams or appointments, Beth explained to me what type of hearing loss I had and the importance of correcting that loss. Not just “you’re loosing your hearing” but the significance of my hearing loss to me, what it was effecting in my life, how it may be effecting my health and how important it was to correct this hearing loss so I could live a high quality of life. In all my years no one has ever treated me like this as a patient, I felt like I mattered as a person not just a medical problem. Beth would go on in this appointment to actually discuss and ask me what my expectations of my treatment were. After explaining all of my options and avenues of treatment I decided to purchase new hearing aids, something that I would usually take weeks to decide if I did at all but because of thoroughness of Beth’s exam and treatment plan discussion I decided to get them that day. This experience has changed my life and that’s not just a cliché, I enjoy my social life now, my relationship with my wife has never been better, I notice the little things that have been absent from my life for quite some time, the bird chirping, the branches of a tree moving in the wind, and even the kids in the neighborhood playing or bickering. This Miracle Ear Office in my opinion is the only hearing specialist office in this entire retirement area as far as I’m concerned and I highly recommend going to this office. Thank you Donna, Beth, and Miracle Ear! I look forward to seeing you again!

  I was very satisfied with my visit. Beth was very informative and understanding to my needs. She spent a lot of time with me and explained everything to me. She even let me take a demo home to see how the hearing aid works for me. The office is clean and organized. When you first walk n you see Donna at her desk. She is welcoming and warm. And always happy. Beth and Donna are professional and pleasant. I would recommend this establishment to everyone.
