  Recently moved here and looking for a new dentist after going to the same dental practice back home for 37 years. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist and Dr. Reynolds made me feel welcome and got a complete and thorough new patient exam. Could not recommend this practice enough.

  The work I had done in many visits to treat some cavities and do a root canal were all done well, but Dr.R never spent enough time answering questions. The practice is obsessed with money, always finding ways to bill more despite “accepting my insurance”. Money money money, it’s exhausting. They want 48° notice to cancel or change but will call you at 8:00 to see if you can come in :20 minutes earlier to make his schedule time such that he can hop from room to room faster. Constantly finding new ways to ask for additional money. The office manager always has time to collect money even if Dr.R doesn’t have time to talk. One chairside assistant is very pleasant and knowledgeable - the other has the personality of wet sod. The office manager has no personality beyond that of a bill collector. I was in and out of the office as I needed a fair number of small and larger fillings and the staff at the front desk changed often - having had an office myself - a sign of employee satisfaction despite what must be excellent pay. There’s a balance, they don’t have it. They are obsessed with money and will do every procedure possible, charging fully and seemingly every fee possible.

  I am a new patient here & the staff is very friendly & helpful.
