They are focused on providing a challenge to every participant and to keeping the pace fast. Every class is different. No boredom allowed! The staff are always friendly and willing to assist or answer any question.

Believe me 1/2 hour was just long enough especially since I haven’t worked out in a long while…I “felt it” 2 days later so I can definitely say it worked!! Ha-ha! The staff friendly and really devoted to making sure you had a great experience. Try it!

I’ve worked out before but this is my first time doing Pilates with a reformer - it is fun! Each class is “new” as the instructors work hard to keep their routines fresh. I feel so much stronger. So glad I kicked off the year with a new commitment to my health. Thanks Club Pilates!
