  I made an appointment after selecting them from my insurance plan's portal as an approved provider. I do have a copay which is $50 for specialty appointments. When I got to the appointment I was informed that they charge $100 regardless of your insurance copay and then $70 there after. None of this information was conveyed to me when I made the appointment visit on the phone. I left the visit without having my appointment. After reading the reviews, I feel like I have dodged a bullet here. Do your homework before you go here. They seem to make up their own rules regardless of what any insurance plan's contract may say.

  --- DO NOT RECOMMEND --- Front desk staff [A_ _ _ _] was unprofessional + unwilling to provide service at check-in. After traveling over 40 min each way for my scheduled appointment, I was not permitted to see the doctor for my follow-up visit. She [A_ _ _ _] refused to contact the accounting department or call insurance or review my EOC {Evidence Of Coverage} because of instructions by 'upper management'! --- DO NOT RECOMMEND --- P.S. My insurance company has tried to contact them, but to no avail.

  Suspicious and demonizing of people who just want the proper care and accommodation for a painful and DEBILITATING condition. I subconsciously picked up something off about these people and now I can clearly see it. I could tell they thought negatively of me and I couldn’t understand why and eventually got called a liar by the front desk because I misunderstood the doctor’s instructions and I certainly don’t understand or agree with how she defines things . The worst treatment I’ve ever received at a doctor’s office. I see why people say avoid and don’t trust doctors. Please ask for detailed after visit notes for clarification to protect yourself.
