  Waited over 3 months for an appointment with Dr Bettle of Novant Health Neurology. The appointment was specifically set by Novant health orthopedics in Beaufort to evaluate me for a Botox injection in my shoulder blade. Dr Bettle talked over me, was extremely rude, and lacked knowledge. He would not evaluate me for a Botox injection in my shoulder, and told me he was unaware why I was even there. I told him why I was there and he still looked baffled. I’ve seen a total of 6 Neurologist now in order to try to alleviate pain and stiffness with no success. Dr Bettle suggested things that were already tried, and was frustrated when I told him they didn’t work. From my standpoint Dr Bettle is uneducated, lacks personal communication skills, and wasted 3 months of my time. He doesn’t look into things, he just looks at what’s on paper. He also told me he “didn’t have time to spend specifically trying to figure out certain patients problems.” Isn’t that quite literally his job? Definitely do not use Novant Health as a whole, as they’ve been extremely unprofessional and havnt attempted to figure out why I’ve been in extreme pain for years.
