  Angelina is the most thorough and informative person with whom I have ever dealt! She created a warm, supportive environment in which my mother felt comfortable, heard and acknowledged without talking down to her. Even though she was the only person in the office, she took her time to explain every detail of both her hearing test results and her proscriptive needs for her hearing aids. When it came time fit the hearing aids and fully program them, she exhibited the same professionalism and thorough approach to explaining how everything functioned. Angelina also handled the payment process and financing process in a clear, honest manner making sure my mom had an understanding of what to expect and when to except automatic payments. Again, she was alone in the office but never made us feel rushed.She is a true jewel in this position! We look forward to working with her as mom adjusts to the hearing aids as we have no doubt she will be there for us. My mother, Dolores, is very happy!

  I visited here on March 13, 2026 for the first time to have a free hearing test. I was initially prompt by the $20 Walmart gift card but received so much more instead. When I arrived around 4pm, there was only one employee on site, Angelia, who was completing a test on a couple. She later told me that she was short-staffed due to her receptionist walking out. Despite her disadvantage, she was able to hold the office down and care for the needs of the customers. She was very courteous, knowledgeable, and diligent with her duties. I was intrigued by being able to view my ear canal at the same time that Angelia viewed it. Overall, I was pleased with the test and how thoroughly Angelia explained my results. I encourage others to have their hearing checked on a regular basis especially if you work or previously worked in a manufacturing plant or factory with loud, compressing noises. Also, hearing loss can occur at any age and the sooner that you're tested, the better the outcome will be for treatment.

  both ladies very professional--polite--caring--and did their best each time i had appt.to see to my every need--i am extremely grateful for their help--if you have a hearing concern go see the ladies in anderson s.c. and you will be taken care by true professionals--i thank them from the bottom of my heart--george t yates

  This review is from Anne The office staff and the ear specialist (Angelia Marzka) were awesome. Angelia was very professional, yet kind and most knowledgeable. She gave me the best hearing tests I have ever had. She knew exactly what I needed to be able to hear again. The hearing tests were comprehensive and thorough. I am a senior citizen, and I appreciate the fact that my daughter accompanied me on my first visit. Angelia assured us that even after the first visit, she would be following my progress and making adjustments for as long as needed. The hearing aides I received have been a life saver for me. My daughter has been very concerned about my safety, since I have had problems with hearing and have procrastinated for many years. Thank you to Angelia for explaining to me how not only the safety issue is present, but also the fact that not hearing well is actually associated with Alzheimer's disease. After reading all information in the file and the data she gave, I am so glad that I finally "woke up" to the fact that I needed help! I have already recommended Angelia and Miracle-Ear to all my friends and to my church family. Keep up the good work, and I suggest you give Angelia a nice bonus/raise!
