He helped me get my prescription sunglasses ordered and was incredibly attentive and helpful in getting the right brand and model of them and all of the correct details. He went above and beyond to help me and his customer service was spectacular. I wish all customer service had employees that were as kind, attentive and helpful as Joshua C. It definitely left a warm experience in my life and I will be back to this particular location for my eyeglasses and sunglasses needs in the future. This location isn’t the closest one to my home in NC but I’d come back here and recommend others to visit this location just to get to work with Joshua C for their prescription eyewear needs. Please keep this guy around, and it is my hope that you, LensCrafters, as a company, would be a tenfold blessing to Joshua, as much as he was an incredible blessing to me! - SWSabrina WatersNov 30, 20255.0We were in town visiting family when my contact decided to tear away from the main lens and go on a journey on its own.I normally use Americas best but their drs. were not in the office. I called in haste in an effort to try and halt the journey of the wayward portion of my contact and they were quick to say the dr could see me asap. We got situated with a brief amount of paper work and in less than 10 minutes, I was in the chair. With a couple squirts of “locator” drops (to help find the swimming portion of contact that was causing such grief) and a gentle lifting it from my eye, the doctor claimed the victory! Whew! I have to say that this whole experience was actually amazingly smooth and didn’t take hours to receive relief. For which I was immensely thankful! The doctor was very kind, even a bit jovial and I felt like I’d known him a lot longer than 5 minutes! It’s the kind of interaction that makes you think you should change where you see your eye doctor. If I lived in Anderson- LensCrafters would definitely be my new optometrist!
