- SBScott BrunelleFeb 25, 20261.0I'm a new patient. I was told that my biopsy results would be available in two weeks. Ok two weeks have gone by. I can't get into the patient portal because it doesn't recognize my information. I attempt to call and only receive a robotic menu that doesn't provide a choice for my needs . So i select the appointments option. A recording comes on telling me their office days and hours. My call is well within the day and time that the office is to be open. Communication is key between a medical practice and it's patients. An email option is also not available. From my experience and a review of other patients reviews, this practice fails. They have blamed their answering service for the problem. Don't need excuses. BIG FAILURE.

Today the insurance informed me that my prescription was transferred to another pharmacy and needed a new prescription written. I called the office at 4:50 to talk to someone about the issues I am having and try to get a sample of the medication. My call went to the answering service and the office does not close until 5:00pm. I see others are having problems with talking to the office. It seems to be blamed on the phone service for over 3 weeks now.

I pull up the insurance information with the group numbers and subscriber numbers phone numbers and everything from my Ahmed MyChart but they will refuse to take it because I don't have a physical copy of the card to send them. Absolutely ridiculous and rude ladies up front.
