They told me they would reach out within 24 hours being the lab they use automatically uploads the results and they can access them quicker. This was done for her medication she has been on for a while. Now here we are weeks later and no call and no medication. I called the office on Monday morning as soon as they opened 11/17/25 and the lady assured me they would call me back before the end of the business day and if I didn’t receive a call to call back the next morning (Tuesday 11/18/25) and let them know I had called the day prior and haven’t heard anything back. So that’s what I did and still no call back. Here we are Friday 11/21/25 and the office is closed and still no call or medication. This medicine that my daughter is on, isn’t something that can just be stopped abruptly!

The Doctors here and the Nurse practitioners are Five Star Plus. The issue is the rudeness of their front staff.....no people skills...I guess all of the great staff they had over the years have retired. My most recent visit I overheard several other people complaining about this issue as well. You can't hide rudeness and it's hard to train it out of a person......my suggestion would be to clean house on the front staff or lose patients. Again.........every aspect of services and care from the staff in the back is Five Star Plus from everyone...the front staff negative 0 plus.
