  Very friendly staff but extremely slow. Showed up at 10:45 for an 11 o'clock appt and wasn't seen for over an hour. 15 minute test took over an hour. 2 hr 15 min later we are leaving.

  Had a terrible sore throat and earache. Was able to schedule online. The process to checkin was simple and even though I waited a while due to shorthanded staff, they were all kind and courteous, apologized for the wait. I received good care and was able to get my issues taken care of

  So back in October I went in for a ear infection, I knew I had one and I told them that and that I just needed some antibiotics she’s took me back looked, confirmed that’s what is was. I was back there mind you less then 5 min and on my way out I asked if I owed anything they said no, didn’t say the system was down or they would contact me with the bill, nothing. They send a bill to my insurance company for $298.00 and for some reason they didn’t cover it so fast forward 5 months later their coming after me for $150 for the visit and took it out of my account without my approval, what they do there is dirty and not right, I understand my insurance not covering something but to charge me $150 and try to charge my insurance company 2x for basically just writing a prescription for some Anabiotic’s is absurd and y’all should be ashamed of yourself’s.

  Excellent experience. Made appointment on-line. Being Urgent Care everything moved as well as can be. Staff friendly and informative. I know where to go for my small emergencies now.

  My visit with Kim Hair and the NP was awesome!!! They had a great bedside manner and were able to explain everything to me. They were able to pull up my records from AnMed Internist and saw that they did not run a culture, which she did. She went ahead and sent over an Antibiotic, which my primary care doctor didn't do, even after being sick for 10 days. I will definitely be going to her, instead of AnMed in the future!!!
