I understand sometimes things happen beyond the practices control and they get behind, but a little consideration of people waiting would have been appreciated. Someone could at least explain the situation to the patients waiting well beyond their appointment time. Perhaps this was very unusual for this particular practice, but as this was my initial visit and had to leave before my exam took place, I will look for another facility for my eye care.
