The Patient Service Center is conveniently located, being able to sign up for an appointment on the Quest web site is very desirable. The service technician was friendly and efficicent, and the whole blood work experience was as good as it could be for me.

The lady was very hard-working and diligent about getting the account entered correctly ( apparently there were multiple for one doctor’s office) and wanted to have the doctor provide the correct code so the insurance would cover it.

I’ve used this facility now three times for different tests that I’ve purchased online for my health. They are so fast. Results are often back within 24 hr and the longest of 2 days. But the results were worth the wait. I can’t speak for how they handle insurance, but customer purchased labs are a cinch.

There is no way through calling or their website to find out anything about what you owe. I have insurance and they are not billing my insurance at all. I'm receiving texts saying I owe something and trying to send me to some other website that I don't recognize. Could be a scam. There is NO way to reach a person at this company at all other than walking into the location. And even then, you can't even speak to someone without filling out their ipad information as if you have an appointment. Not a good user experience at all.
