  I was hesitant to go here because of the ratings. But honestly this place is perfect for young people like myself who don't need to go to the doctor often. Calling all the other doctors in town they tell you it takes a couple days to see a doctor or they tell you they aren't taking new patients. I was dealing with a muscle injury so I wanted to see someone same day but not pay for emergency care. This place takes walk-ins and it's considered primary care so just $20 co-pay with my insurance and I was taken care of same day, the wait wasn't long either. Very happy, this will be my first place to go for medical needs in the future.

  Can’t even believe I have to rate this place 1 star to write a review. The worst customer service. Very rude. Very unprofessional front desk staff. Always have an attitude when you go in there and then have the audacity to say I have an attitude. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

  The last few times I’ve been here it’s been horrible. It’s a shame that I’ve been coming here for years and they just seem like they don’t care anymore. They decide what labs they want to draw, the wrong ones that don’t go along with how you’re feeling might I add, they don’t call back with lab results and they sure don’t send referrals to YOUR choice. They completely ignore you and send it where they want. The ONLY reason they are still open is bc the walk ins are convenient. Not to mention one of the only offices to take Medicaid which is more than half of their patient volume. Do better!!
