Very bad experience. Wasted 2 months trying to get a set of contact trials and finally demanded a refund. Dr Aria was great, and I felt like a had a good exam. My initial visit was September 30 and a set of trials would be available in 2-3 weeks. After that time, I started calling the office to see if these was an issue. Never got an answer or a call back. Dr Wu finally contacted me early November to tell me the trials had actually not been ordered but she would immediately order them and call me back to confirm. No call back was received. Two weeks later (November 14), Dr Wu again contacted me and said the trials still had not been ordered but would be. On November 20, I was told the trials were in and I should pick them up. When I arrived to get them, the order was incomplete.

Can’t give 0 stars. Sat in waiting area for 2 hours… one hour before my appointment time and then waited for an hour after my appointment time before expressing my displeasure and leaving. Respect your customers’ time… we don’t want to be sitting in a waiting room all day for a 10 minute examination. Won’t set foot in wu family eye care again, which is a shame since I haven’t had any issues with LensCrafters.. definitely get your exam elsewhere and bring your prescription in.
