And the lady at the window of the optometristās office was exceptionally kind as well. The doctor is absolutely wonderful and overall the ENTIRE STAFF made my experience exceptional . I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the wide selection of frames, and the free pair of glasses in less than an hour was the icing on the cake! Thank you all!

Doctor was very informative, staff was polite and helpful, glasses were done quickly and have been great. Took my daughter the end of February. Again Dr. Hoover is awesome. Takes his time to explain things. Front desk staff not so much. They originally said 4 weeks for her glasses (had to be sent off due to insurance and bifocals). Called a week later, we rush over to get there before they close. We get there about 15 minutes before closing just to pick up glasses. Stood in the wrong line because we weren't told where to pick them up. Glasses are not correct and don't have the bifocals as needed. Lady is rude and not very helpful when we tell her the glasses were incorrectly made. She scheduled us for a recheck the following week. Calls me back the morning of the appointment (which I have already had to take off of work for) and said oh I didn't check the schedule, her doctor doesn't work today so you'll need to come back another day. š So now I have to take yet another day off of work to drive to hopefully get seen because she is going to try to fit us in. š¤¦āāļø
