  I went on Friday 3/26. I arrived with a printed lab order that was very specific. Ultimately, one of my tests was never completed. I need to go back. Is this a minor frustration, yes. However, the same thing happened to my wife. This delayed our joint appointment with a fertility doctor. How can both of us have the same problem at two different locations? One answer. Their leadership team is not managing their business. Please work on improvements and do a causal analysis. I bet the issue is widespread.

  Friendly staff. I always make an appointment and I'm always called right on time or maybe even early. Recommend for everyone to make an appointment! It's easy. The touch-screen check-in is a little funky, that's about it.

  Went back this week. Now, of course, check-in is on the phone. With the automated texts. Even better. Love their on line booking and automated kiosk for checking in. Always on time. Efficient. Great hours and location. Techs have been easy to work with. Good lab. Wide range of test.
